Office Manager with Ad Hoc PA duties:


Subject to the agreed scope of services, the Office Manager will be responsible for carrying out the following duties, not limited to:

  • Office Manager Role with Ad Hoc PA duties(Reporting to Operations Manager)Office Manager;
    • Health & Safety management (in the work place)
    • Utilities management
    • Management of (office / kitchen / sanitary / stationary) stock
    • Reporting any maintenance issues of office to Operations Manager
    • First Aider & Fire Marshall
    • Office quarterly inspections
    • Updating Office PPM
    • Meeting room bookings
    • Overall running of the office & general office management
    • Co-ordinate with other staff
    • Responding to emails/ answering phone
    • Ad hoc administration duties around the office during quieter periods
    • Assisting with company events as and when necessary


    Personal Assistant to Partners Ad Hoc;

    • Reconciliation of expenses for various Partners
    • Taking minutes ad hoc
    • All Administrative duties such as Reports/Reservations/Research/Sourcing/Procurement needs
    • Diary management of Partners ad hoc
    • Ad hoc assistance to all Partners
    • Booking Travel / Accommodation for various Partners
    • Ad hoc assistance to colleagues within WH Team
    • Booking appointments


    Ideal candidate: It is essential that we find the right personality fit.  As with any role of this nature, it is not just about skill set, but about the personality match the team.  You will need to be extremely organised, flexible, resourceful and proactive.  This is paramount to ensuring a 360-support level.  Someone who can handle a high-pressured environment at times and work with speed to deadlines. A hardworking, dedicated and intelligent individual is essential. There is great opportunity for the right person. Someone well-presented who can liaise comfortably with other HNW professionals is also required.
